How to disable "add comment" About page

Hello,
Is it possible to disable the "add comment" button in my About page (see link below)

The reason I'm asking is there's an idiot keep on spamming my Guestbook (I already have 7 pages of guestbook comments, which I sadly have to close) and I'm also trying to remove the "add comment" as mentioned above, to avoid being spammed as well.

You can disable comments by going to the gallery settings page and, under the "Social" header, set 'comments' to no. This screen grab shows where this setting is:
