I love rust :D This isn't abstractie, but sometimes it doesn't need to be ... right :D

I was gonna remove the galvanized hook, but thought it added something rolleyes1.gif

Dogdots, in this case that would be so wrong. It definitely helps make the image. You could, of course, still add some other abstract takes on the shot. thumb.gif

Taking it out would of been too much work :D

I tried taking abstract shots with this, but it was a small subject. It was just a part of a trailer hauling a 4-wheeler. Looks larger then it really is in the photo. I could crop it funky tho :D

Nice find, Mary. We can never have too much rust!

Neighbors probably thought I was nuts when I was shooting this, but it was a neat find :D

Very nice rust! thumb.gif I'd bet that if it can move at all, it would let out quite a creaky racket.

Thank you :D It was evenly colored which I don't find too often. I think if it moved it would make a whole lot of noise or fall apart :D

Good grab, Mary. Your DOF control isolates the central subject very well....almost the same as being an abstract.

    Be well,

    Tom
