    Thanks, Brian. I've done several shots like this lately, and several people have commented how they look like illustrations. I think it's the very soft light that I use - a studio flash head with softbox diffuser, and I also place a second diffuser screen (on a boom arm) between the light and the subject. It makes the subject very soft looking, even though it's very sharp and all in focus.
