These are some shots I took a couple of years ago at the Sea World Mud hole b.d. (before digital) so the posted quality is not so hot. Just thougt they were fun. It was an absolute blast taking them. When you are tired of going to Disney, this is what you do for fun!

I had an Bronco II on Super Swampers back then. The first mud hole I ran through that day, I got a chain link fence wrapped around my drive shaft. I had to get a ride up to Home Depot to get a pair of bolt cutters so I could get home. Not a whole lot of places to go around here anymore. All our old mud holes are neighborhoods now. We have to go all the way to Lakeland or Ocala to find any open areas to play.

Good times good timesthumb.gif I remember doing that when I was younger, what a blast. Nothing like forgetting to lock the hubs and then having to get out in thigh high mud to lock them. Lost many a pair of shoes doing this as once you get in that mud it sucks everything in.

Is that first one an old Willy's??

Yeah? Where are you from? There's not good mud holes in CA from what I remember. Yes, it WAS a Willy's I think. This is all that was left of it after though...

From a little town called Fort Bragg. It is about 3 hours north of San Fran on the coast. Lots and lots of trails and mud holes to play in. The best is Sherwood road. 33 miles of nothing but old haul roads and mud. Once took a Suzuki Samurai with 33 swampers over Sherwood and it took is damn near 4 hours to get over. It is also an excellent dirt bike roadthumb.gif

Did you all see any birds while you were sitting in the mud?

No, I think we scared any living thing within a square mile far, far away! Some of the truck that do this are not street legal and are missing things like mufflers, exhaust, cat. converters so they are REALLY loud!
