Hi,

I've set my url to my smugmug site (actually, a kind smugmug dude did it for me because its way over my head)

Anyway, I have added my link http://www.robgoldingphotography.co.uk to the "customer domain" part of the "Style" section and wondered how long roughly it takes to lose the "smugmug" from the URL? Its been a fair few hours and i'm an impatient lad...:D

If anybody could give me an idea that would be great :)

It's working perfectly here. Do you have a link that has smugmug in the url? If so, that gallery is likely set to "hide owner" - change that and all will be well :)

    Hi Andy,

Yes when I type in my url, it changes to show it with smugmug in still. I'll have a look at changing the hide owner part, thanks :)

I have found the "hide owner" setting and on my three galleries they are set to "no"

I'm not sure how to find this option on my main page though...

Hide owner is in each gallery settings page. Look in the Privacy and Security section.

Hey Andy, ignore me, I have found it, set it to "Yes" and all is looking better now. Many thanks for your help :)

Well I sorted that problem but in doing that it seems to have changed some settings. I've sorted most of these but the one thing I cant find how to get rid of (I had done it before, but its back again) is the "Smugmug Pro" logo at the top left of the page.

Not sure why its come back, any pointers would be great.

    Sorry to be a pain!

    Cheers,

    Rob
