    Hi,

We're having problems with the Owner Share/Get a Link feature in Internet Explorer. Our engineers are working on fixing this issue. Meanwhile, if you're using IE, can you please try a different browser? It works fine in Firefox or Google Chrome for example. If that's not the case and you're still having problems, please write an email to http://help.smugmug.com/, we'll happily help you further :)

I've found the copy buttons to sometimes 'miss' and then I end up posting the wrong link (usually one previously copied). So now I just highlight the text and copy and paste it the old fashioned way--works every time. thumb.gif

Sorry, we're still working on it - it has to do with an Adobe Flash change :( In the meantime you can still highlight the link, and right click copy the link, and then paste it anywhere you like. I'm sorry about the button issue.

Seems like it has not worked on my phone (win phone) for a couple months. I cannot copy the link via the text on my phone as the select text does not scroll through the text box. I pretty much cannot get a link to a photo right now so I'm thinking of cancelling. I really wish you would migrate to html5 and not rely on a dying tech such as flash.

I've run across this before too where all the text can't be manually selected. On my touchpad, there's a 'select all' feature which does get it all. Maybe there's something like that you can try?

It is not working today on my safari. I have to highlight the whole area again. THe buttons are easier.

Well, there's even a new quirk in this. I just tried the embed link, and the link to the gallery is actually missing from the provided code! ne_nau.gif

Problem copying embed links for the blog ... on Chrome, Safari, and IE ... the first half of the code simply shows:

    <a href="" title="Montgomery Zoo - Parakeet CoveMontgomery, AL - 4 Mar 2013"><img src="http://eenusa.smugmug.com/We-Go-A-Rollin/FulltimingYear-1/Mar-2013-Montgomery-Zoo/i-mHzcGrD/0/M/2013-03-04-020-8781-M.jpg&quot; title="Montgomery Zoo - Parakeet CoveMontgomery, AL - 4 Mar 2013" alt="Montgomery Zoo - Parakeet CoveMontgomery, AL - 4 Mar 2013"></a>

Bummer as I finally got a halfway decent internet signal to post a blog.

Thank you Denise! I was wondering what else might be affected. I'll watch my embeds as well. I think I may have an issue with that in something I posted a few days ago...:cry
