making a download free for a client?

Brand new to smug mug and I would like to create a client's gallery and set the price of the original download to happen without any charge, not even the default dollar? If this is not an option is there a way to refund my money for the smug mug account?

By default your photos are available to be downloaded for free. Your client just has to hover over the large photo in the gallery then click the Save Photo icon. Check out this help page for more info.
