Pro Contact Form Disabled?

Hi Dgrin community,

I have a SmugMug Pro account for my website at http://shellysassephotography.smugmug.com, but I can't seem to get the Contact Form in the footer to work properly. At the moment, both the "Contact" and "Help" links take me to http://help.smugmug.com. Am I missing something? Did I inadvertently disable it somehow by fiddling with the Easy Customizer or is it possible that some code in the CSS/Javascript portion of the Advanced Customizer stripped the popup Contact Form's functionality? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Jolyon

Just looked and the URL is pointing to http://www.smugmug.com/services/assistly/ rather than a contact form? Just a question did you make any changes in the footer CSS lately??? If so you might want to double check the links

Hey Zoomer, thanks for the reply! The link points to http://www.smugmug.com/services/assistly if you are logged into SmugMug, which redirects to http://help.smugmug.com anyhow. If you sign out, or if anyone else in the general public is looking at the website, it will point directly to http://help.smugmug.com. This is the case for both the "Contact" and "Help" links in the footer (I am fine with the Help link but wondering why the Contact link would be the same thing instead of the pop-up Contact Form that is supposed to work automatically with a Pro account).

Check in your control panel that you've set the contact link to your email.

Thanks, Andy! I will drop the support heroes a note about the Contact Form issue.

Oh, and this is Jolyon (Shelly's husband) - we decided to go pro with SmugMug about a month ago and I am helping her get set up. By the way, I really like your Moon River Photography site ... it has given me several ideas on how to improve on the basics we have now! So, thank you for the inspiration. :):

In Account Setting, the "Me" tab has a valid email address filled in for the "Contact Email" field. Is this what you mean or am I looking in the wrong place?

In the old "control panel" there was specific place to enter the email address for this popup contact
email form. I can't seem to find it in the new "account settings".

The awesome support hero, Scott, was able to remove and re-add the email on file, which apparently fixed the issue. Yay! wings.gif

Thanks to all for replying and helping. Do we need to close this thread or is there a #dgrinsolutions or some way to mark this as "solved"?

Is there a way to get the contact box set up as its own page?

Try #30 here, or post in the customizing forum. Also example on my site, http://www.moonriverphotography.com thumb.gif

I believe Andy was referring to # 30 in JFriend's Collection of javascript customizations.
