a couple of questions

I just made an order through the owner section as I needed to get some prints done to test what the boutique packaging looks like, however i've not receieved any email or confirmation.

Im also using loxley as my print lab but I guess there is no way to attach my regular loxley account is there?

Also, can I easily rename all the photos in a smugmug gallery through lightroom?

    Hi,

    Can you please drop us an email from the email address we have on file for your SmugMug account? We'll be more than happy to double check if see any orders from you. You can send it to help@smugmug.com :)

    I'm sorry, but you cannot link your regular Loxley account to your SmugMug account and cannot rename the photos in your SmugMug gallery through LR. You'd need to use the SmugMug tools for that.

    ah I managed to get an email through from Smugmug telling me about my order. I just thought it would be quicker.

    Now im unsure what happens next as I thought I had put a 7 day delay on the orders, is there any way I can tell it to start the order now?

    Yes, go to your orders page and click "Send to Lab" :)

    great thanks, for some reason I had throught that I put a 7 day delay but it looks like you need to do that for each gallery.
