    Welcome to the Documentary forum.

    You caught a good moment, especially with the policeman's expression (consternation?). But the photo is blurry (car shot? phone shot?) and would improve from cropping and/or being closer (if it were clearer.

    Thank you for stoping by and your comment! Yes, the policeman did look funny! I was on foot when I took the photo, I think he wasn't happy I pointed the camera at them, this photo is been compress down to 700k, see more here:
