Lots of commotion on the scanner today, so I swung by there to see if I could capture the happenings.
Sad to see the folks homes flooded so quickly, they didn't have time to really move anything out.
This property was about 4-5' deep within 30 minutes.
The firefighters were worried this wall was about to fall over, and flood the apartments below.
So they busted holes in the wall.
Sally here lost her basement.
