Thanks Brian, the customary 1/200th, ISO 200 F11 .
Because of the flash, I tend to drop the colour temp down between 500 - 1000K and the just up the hue of the greens by about 5 - 10% in Lightroom. Just allows for a nicer shade of green I think

Ah- I do correct the flash temp routinely to around 5500'C but don't tend to play at all with colour hue or saturation
