intermittent error managing price lists

While I was editing my price lists, intermittently I get a weird redirect from
https://secure.smugmug.com/sales/pricing
to
https://secure.smugmug.com/sales/history/
and this happens after you "Apply" the changes and then select "Manage Pricelists" instead of "Continue Editing".

NOTE: it only happens sometimes, not all the time, which I find very annoying.

Right after I click "Mange Pricelists" it does goto the Manging Pricing page, but as that page loads (the list of price lists starts to show up), it redirects to the Sales History page. Clicking "back" in the browser does not work because it just redirects again. I have to click on "Account Settings" at the top and then go back to "Manage Pricing".

    Jchin,

Have you tried to empty the cache of your browser? Sometimes when the cache gets expired it can cause behaviour like this.

Here are some information for you on how to empty cache in your browser - based on your browser type:

Yeah, I have tried emptying the cache, logging out, closing browser, etc.
The problem comes back after I've edited a few price lists.

What exact browser version and operating system do you see this on?
Try a different browser as well.
Is it a specific pricelist you see this with or can you repeat it with different pricelists?

The 2 computers I used are both running Windows 7 x64. One has 12GB of RAM, the other one has 6GB.
I used 2 different browsers (Chrome and Firefox 14) on each and it happened intermittently on they all.

I can't reproduce this issue repeatedly accessing my pricelists. Is there any way you could reproduce the issue with a cleared browser cache and cleared cookies?
It would be helpful in tracking down what you see if you could give us step by step on what you do from opening a clean browser to the issue happening?
Alternatively, you could record a Jing screencast with the issue happening. Just make sure you're using a clean browser with cache and cookies cleared.

What toolbars / extensions do you have installed in your browsers?
What other programs are running in the background? Also check the tray bar next to your clock in the Windows task bar - what icons do you have there? You may also have to click on the arrow to reveal hidden icons.
Does the issue still happen if you close down *all* programs and background apps (showing in your tray area)?

I suggest that you contact us with all the details on our HelpDesk directly.

It was pretty much "random". Once I've closed the browser and cleared the cache, it worked fine for awhile and then the redirect started to happen again. Maybe after I've made 15-20 pricelist edits. Sometimes I have more than one pricelist open at the same time, can that be the cause of the redirect error to the sales history page? Logically (program code wise), I cannot understand why this is even possible as one doesn't have to do with another.
