Arrange Photos / Drag to arrange not working

When I click on either of them, and after clicking "Yes", it directs me to my homepage. I have tried clearing History, caches, AND re starting my computer. What gives?

    That's a known issue. For the time being, go to the gallery settings > look&feel section. There, set auto sort to none. After making the change, you should be able to use the arrange tools.
    I'm sorry for the added step.
