Editorial Sales

In the price list we've got sales for Personal and Commercial. Editorial sales come with a different set of expectations than both of those...how do you that sell Editorial, use the Commercial category, but make it clear they buyer cant use the photo to sell things? There's a clear distinction when selling through a stock agency, but how do I make it clear on my own smugmug website without an Editorial sales category? Any ideas?
