I live in a ocean resort which hires a lot of seasonal workers from around the world to help with keeping the streets and boardwalk clean. Every day I see this beautiful girl from the Domican Republic smiling as she goes about her days work. On this day the combination of the morning light, the colorfull background, and her smile made the image memorable for me even though it is soft due to a slow shutter speed. She gave me permission to take her photo.

I like the photo and see the attraction with the great light and the pretty smile, but the photo framing feels cut off. A vertical that kept the flag above and showed at least a hint of the walk or detritus of the day she was blowing off would have pulled it together. Good news is you have another chance tomorrow morning.
