UPDATE: I've got what I need at this time. Thanks anyhow!

Hello All,

I'm getting ready to photograph a friends wedding (his daughter) as a favor and wanted to know if anyone has some equipment sitting around they would like to get rid of for cheap?

I need the following two things.

1) A flip type camera bracket, such as Bower VA346 or Stroboframe quick flip.

2) A descent ettl off-camera cord, 2-3ft max. I need something that isn't going to break easily on me.

This is a poor man's operation so please keep that in mind...

Thanks,
Ralph

James' comment was referring to the fact that the items you're looking for typically fall into our "Kitchen Sink" category.... however, I'm guessing since you are looking for an ETTL cord, you shoot with a Canon, so that item would in fact be Canon-specific.

You may have better luck finding the [more generic] bracket in Kitchen Sink thumb.gif

Yes, that's correct. I was looking for items specific for Canon. I didn't want to post multiple threads even though the bracket would fall under "kitchen sink". I'm good to go with those items at this time though but do now seek a lens.
