This one requires explanatory text.

I saw this guy walking along the sidewalk in a gait that
shouted "Drunk!". He was being filmed by the cameraman
on the right. It wasn't possible to capture the drunken
lurching in a single frame.

Then, the cameraman directed him to start over and walk,
or stagger, along the same route again. And again. The
man was obviously not drunk and obviously acting.

What bothered me was that the cameraman was from
a local television station and wearing an official ID badge
from the station. I haven't seen a news segment about
drunks in downtown Orlando since, but I'm watching.

I would have asked what was going on. That would end any speculation as to the purpose of the imagery.

Could be a PSA, could be a bumper ad for a locally produced show. Could be an expose on how to spot a fake drunk!
