Reorganizing categories etc

I'm in the process of reorganizing a dozen categories, about 100 sub categories and well over 100 galleries.
What is the best tool for moving a gallery from one category/subcategory to another?
I can open the settings on each gallery and do it there, of course. Or I can click on the many galleries option. But then I have to navigate down to each one, which is very tedious, but at least possible with the drill down. So much better than finding galleries in the functionally unordered list that pops up in other places.
Is there anything like the Google Drive Organize button? You click on it and navigate through your folder structure and select where you want the currently selected items to be moved to. Would cut the time I will need to reorganize down by a factor of 50% being able to select galleries or subcategories from a screen displaying their thumbnails and move all of them at once.
Please, :-)

If you use Lightroom, you can just drag categories, subcategories and galleries around within the SmugMug publish service. That's a great way to easily organize your site.
In case you don't have Lightroom, there's a free trial available for it.

I never even considered that; and after taking a look at my lightroom publish navigator, I am not sure I want to do it that way. When I expand the categories I'm interested in, I don't have enough screen real estate to have both the source and destination visible at the same time which means I have to drag to top or bottom of the left navigation panel and scroll to the destination. There's a variable speed thing going on when you scroll past the top or bottom and I don't fine enough motor skills to easily go directly to the destination. I usually end up shooting to the end and having to come back. And, in the past on these kinds of scroll, now and then, I've ended up dumping the object in the wrong place.
It makes a lot more sense to do it in Lightroom, because I do want that to be my primary home and organization place.
However, I am finding that I need to rename galleries, particularly the unlisted ones, in order for my reorganization to work with only three levels available at this point in Smugmug. Do we have a date when we might see more levels? I recall a fair amount of discussion and thought I saw something about it coming.

In regards to gallery structure, there's only what's available right now. We generally don't talk about unreleased features. Sorry. Once there's something new, we'll post it on our [URL="http://news.smugmug.com/
"]news blog[/URL].

Perhaps, I should be asking "how can I pay for my SmugMug account" instead" to find the newsblog.
