Can anybody tell me how to delete printmark files in Smug Mug Pro that I do not want? Practicing, I made some printmarks, then installed in a gallery and I cannot make them go away or change those listed in the drop down box under "print" in the gallery style control panel. Am exceedingly frustrated and can not figure out how to do it, even a google search was useless, could not get thru to "Chat with a Hero" and e-mails are going unanswered. Help will be appreciated.:dunno

I'm betting that your email to support heroes is answered, and stuck in your spam folder.

Regarding your emails to us, what email address are you sending them from? We turned off chat for a short time to focus on email tickets, chat is open now and we are ready to do what we can!
