Can't upload pics, says Read Mode

Hi folks,

I have never had this problem. I am trying to upload pictures and it will not allow me to. Says it is read mode only.

what the frak is that!!!?

Looks like the site is beig upgraded........I just hit it as it was beginning the information window was not up and viewable just yet.
