Question on metal prints...

SO I have a client that owns an flower shop. Specifically an Orchid shop. He sells a few thousand varieties of orchid. I have been taking photos of his orchids for quite some time now. He would like to purchase a bunch of prints from me to hang around the shop specifically to show what some of the flowers look like on some of the plants that are not currently flowering. He loves the look of the metal prints I get done from Bay Photo. (and so do I!)

So the question is, how do these hold up to humidity? The orchid shop is humid to make the flowers happy. Also, when he actually waters the flowers, sometimes a fine mist goes through the air and may land on the surface of a print on the wall. He has a few hanging in there that someone else did on metallic paper with cheap particle board frames and they are rotting away. So the thought is to do them all on the metal and we will be less likely to get damage from a little moisture. Does anyone know how these hold up in those conditions? I'm not talking water like running them under the faucet or dunking them or anything, but more just high humidity and occasionally a fine mist getting on them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
