Thanks for the invite Rutt. Here are an assortment of jpgs. The first 3 were shot at parameter 1. So they have already been processed a bit in-camera. The last one is a converted RAW image with 0 sharpening, sat and contrast at ACR defaults. "In the ballpark" white balance correction was also done. Links to the originals are under each image.
The 1st and 3rd need wb correction, the 2nd one is over exposed and the 3rd is the original un-rotated jpg Hey, if these were already perfect they wouldn't be any fun to work on.....

I'm not sure how to give you access to a RAW file, so what I've put as the first shot is the unaltered RAW conversion. Unaltered, as in using the pre-set Photoshop conversion settings. This was shot with a ring flash. Click on shots for Original size.

Oops, sorry. I just saw the no B&W rule. Here's the other one I ended up using. Same deal on the RAW to jpg conversion. Same young-ish white chick. (She's not 20, but she'd kill me if I told you how old we suspect she is.)
