I'm talking about the selective focus. I always like these kind of shots when I see someone else do it but then I'm never sure with mine.

    nope..because they are not seperated enough.it just looks like a mistake

    sorry no. they look like that rare type of birth defect with two heads on one body, due partly to how similar they are to each other.

    i agree...it just looks like a mistake...had there been some more separation it may have worked

    15524779-Ti.gif. Selective focus like this only works when there is enough separation that it makes sense that only one thing would be in focus. There also should be a reason why only one person is in focus -- i.e., trying to draw attention to just one of your models. Here I don't see any purpose.

    my thought exactly. Having said that, you could being the out of focus gal more out of focus in PS. I still don't think it would work in this case. With the standing next to each other, I think they should both be in focus in this case.
