Batching Picture packages.

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to batch Picture packages.
I am doing sports/ School work where I create 3 sheets of prints in picture package. ( CS 5)
What I want to be able to do is save each sheet to a folder so I have a bunch of files I can simply move across to my print server and print the files out of windows.
The problem I am having is I cannot get the picture packages to batch to files without over riding some of the files. I always get on of the 3 files over written despite setting the sequence options in the batch setup window.
It will sequence number 2 of the 3 but I loose the 3rd file.
I'm wondering if this is because the picture package renames the image numbers to " Picture Package" instead of the image number?
Either way, if someone can give me heads up to make this work I would be mighty appreciative. I have spent hours on it trying to run properly and everything I look up on the net tells me to do what I am and it's not playing ball.
