Architecture light question

I've found an industrial building that consists of a couple of silos and a main building, silver galvanized steel and lots of tar patching. I was thinking B&W, but was unsure what would be the most flattering light to shoot in. The morning sun will rise right behind the building and shouldn't be above it for the first hour at least at the angle I would have to shoot from. The evening sun will light the front until about an hour before sunset, where it will be obscured by other structures. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!!!
