The RAAF Association operates a great little museum here. I visited it yesterday for the first time in many years, and had a great time. Because I thought that space would be tight, I was armed with my Sigma 8-16mm lens - and I thought that HDR might work fairly well with the planes themselves. Thanks for looking.

Awesome series here and on the forum. Looks like a very interesting place to visit. I really like the HDR processing you did on these, doesn't have that overdone look to it at all.

Wow!!! I just checked out your website. The rest of your photos are amazing. I have the Sigma 10mm 2.8 and really love the effects. Are you using NIK software for PP?

Thanks John. I'm really glad you like them.

The initial processing was done in Photomatix, followed by using Guy Gowan's actions in CS6. I then used Topaz Detail and Creative Sharpener, followed by a quite aggressive treatment in Noiseware. I also tweaked the saturation and vibrance.

Excellent use of tools to get this kind of look. Appreciate your outlining the flow.
