Not a complaint but a question.

In the past of the orders I've had from Smugmug, the prints were always at my door in 3 or no more that 4 days.

The past 2 orders have taken well over a week. Has something changed?

Not that we know of, but we are fast approaching the holiday season so I am sure that ezprints is getting far more orders than normal.

I looked, and it seems they shipped in 1 business day as normal. Beyond that it is just the Post Office... which isn't anything we have control over. All we can do is get it in their hands quickly.

When Hurricane Katrina hit, we noticed a slowdown by the post office to some areas. We don't have any official word from them about it.
