Another image I took from my Project ISO 1600 using my Nikon D70. Thank you very much for viewing and for some C&C's.

Nikon D70, Nikon 80-200mm lens at 80mm. ISO 1600, f/4.5 at 1/400 second.

Seriously? 1600 with a d70 and I think it look great. Nice subject, too. It's always good to see the living conspire with the not so alive. Makes me feel slightly less nuts.

Yup, this is really from my used D70 at ISO 1600. I already know that at ISO 800, my shots are usable specially if my intention is for B&W presentation using the digital grain noise into play. Just testing how far I can trust my D70 in case the situation calls for using it as its limit. Thanks for your comment, jpope42. :Dthumb.gif

Nice shot! After all those years I still keep my D70 as a 4th camera. Never thought that it could be pushed all the way to 1600.

I only have this camera. I'll suck all the juice out of it to learn more about photography until it give up on me. My camera is my best companion since I started last September, 2010. Thanks for viewing and for the nice comment.

A thorough understanding of your camera, and other equipment, is only partly responsible for your success, my friend. Many folks may not know just how skilled you are in PP work. The combination of your knowledge and talents can produce some outstanding images.

    Take care,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Thank you very much for helping me grow on my photography, Tom since I start sharing here at DGrin. Here's the b&w version of this shot for you, my friend.
