Hi! I loaded an album for a customer and they want to download all the images in the album at once - is this possible? (I know its possible on my end but if they are just receiving the album link, do they have that option?)

    Hi Vicki,

    This is not an option that is available to your viewers. They can only download one photo at a time if right-click protection is turned off.

    You, as the site owner, can request a zip file from any gallery, and share that with your customers.
