Trouble with control panel

I haven't been very active with my SmugMug site recently (largely due to this:)



Anyway, I went back on and did some uploads recently, and am not able to access the control panel. I've tried from two different computers, and using different browsers on one of them, but no good. If I try to open the control panel, I get a blank screen and it just sits there. Is this just my site, or is there a SmugMug wide problem?

Congrats on the baby - hoping that he and the wife are doing great!

I would suggest that you contact the HelpDesk with details:
What specific browser version do you use? I have no problems looking at the account settings in my Firefox 14 or Chrome on Windows 7. If you're using Internet Explorer, make sure to use the latest version of it and that 'compatibility view' is disabled.
What browser addons / extensions do you have installed?
Do you have any antivirus, firewall or internet security software installed? If so which one as it might be interfering.
