Oh man, this was an awesome wedding. One of the better receptions that I've ever shot. It seems to me that the success of a wedding reception relies solely on liquor and jock jams, haha.

Lovely lovely images, you have a unique tone to your work and I love it. Thanks for posting. Want to drop any hints about skin tones? When I try for a light look I don't like my results so I go back to my warm look.

thanks very much! i first lighten the pics in camera raw or by adjusting the levels, then i come in with the color balance tool to help even out the skin tone so that it looks correct. it usually doesn't take too much tweaking, really. i appreciate the kind words!

there should be a facebook comment field right at the bottom of each blog posting. let me know if you can't find it!

**EDIT** just checked and it's not there... i just updated my blog from the provider last night and now it's disappeared! thanks for noting this, i'll have it up again asap.

phew, still working out the kinks from the site change...thanks for your help! all the links should be functional now. still waiting on a fix to the magically disappearing comment box.
