Interesting shot. I photographed a polo match here in Florida. Or, tried to.
The field is huge. With only a 200mm lens, the only thing I could do is hang about one corner and
hope the game came to me.

That's your mistake

Stay on the "50 yd" line, you have a chance at more photo ops.

Polo matches are usually low scoring, so not much goes on at the end and divide that by two if you're in one corner.

That said these were championship matches and the score was 14 to 8 an unusually high scoring game.

I love polo, the ponies are tough as nails as the photo shows
