Performance issue - long response times

I am experiencing very poor performance on my main SmugMug account. My other pro account (I have two) is running very fast, and other smugmug sites are fast - it's just my main one.

This is very frustrating since it was discovered while on the phone with a client - having to wait upwards of 30 seconds for a page to load.

Any ideas?

Just to report back and close out this thread, I worked with Smugmug support, and they resolved this issue. In fact, I am extremely satisfied with the support I received. They were quick to respond to my multiple emails, they were active and polite, and they addressed my concern with urgency. Although I was initially frustrated when I first reported the issue, I am very pleased with the resolution.
