she is lovely and her expressiojns and pose are quite nice. it is well lit and I like the trees branch and all that. Processing is off though. I would definitely chop off the image to exclude the lower left "broken/exposed" wood piece...very distracting to me. Also the image seems bit soft and could use some more contrast and higher black point
Very cute subject and I love the feel of the shot! Like Qarik said, maybe clone the bottom left corner and crop the right a bit tighter on your subject.
I can't tell if her face is OOF or maybe due to using the uploader, you lost some resolution. Try a different host like Flickr, it has worked well for me.
