My son's school symphony orchestra went to perform in the Emerald City (Seattle, WA). It was a big trip as they travelled over 300 miles to Seattle. They were very excited and had a great time performing:

We had an opportunity to learn about other culture's music and dance:

The stage lights gave a soft, rosy glow to my wife's portrait:

After the performance it was time to go have some fun. We enjoyed different foods and got to clown around with the local artists:

The dominate object surrounding the festival was the Seattle Space Needle:

There were many artists displaying their crafts and great shopping opportunties to bring something home to remember the trip by:

    Hi, Chuck
Thanks for posting your photos. I like the one of the clown and the one of your wife in the craft store the best. What camera do you use?

Thank you Chuck, I appreciate your comments.

These pictures were taken shortly after I purchased a new Canon 10D and either a 17-40 or 50mm lens.
