Shots from Maine

I have recently returned from taking a course at Maine Media Workshops in Rockport. It is an amazing place with so many talented students and instructors. My class was taught by Brenda Tharp (www.brendatharp.com) and was a great experience. She is a terrific instructor who shared her talents and experiences in the classroom and the field. It was a joy getting to know her.
Here are the best of the shots I brought home from class. I did not shoot nearly as much as I usually do in Maine but I am returning in a few weeks so will have a chance to add to my country road portfolio.
C&C always welcomed. Enjoy!
Lauren
1. The only harbor shot I kept; 3-exp HDR (handheld, processed in Photomatix)
2. The lines in this one grabbed my attention and I thought the B&W worked well
3. Old spectacles at the Olson House. It's the site of Andrew Wyeth's painting "Christina's World" and is a wonderful place. We had it to ourselves for the afternoon, which meant we could use tripods inside--a definite must with the low light. (http://farnsworthmuseum.org/olson-house)
4. A typical scene in Elmer's Barn, an amazing junk and antique place in Cooper's Mill, ME. I kept the saturation down in PP to keep the feel of the old stuff.
5. One of my favorites, on a street in Belfast ME
