I like the contrast between old and new, the sort of mirror of shapes (sail and yard arm vs. the building and crane).
Overall progress on the building is amazing and it looks beautiful.

Did you get any of the vessel underweigh?

    Cool shot!

Could use a bit more contrast and saturation. Maybe a touch of fun in curves as well to help combat the minor gloomy day.

I was on this schooner for a 2+ hour cruise on the Hudson. Well worth it!!!

I have seen the aerial view of the NYC skyline countless times over my airline career and have watched the progress of the new towers being built on my arrivals to LGA with awe. Even though I am based in NYC I never get tired of the view of the Manhattan skyline. This is the first time I have ever seen the skyline from a boat and it was such a great experience.

As far as the contrast goes. I just got a Spyder4Pro monitor calibrator and found that my monitor was way off. This is the first batch of photos that I have processed after re-calibration. Guess, I need to play around more with the settings? Thanks for your input.
