Here is an idea that worked well, at least I think so. I had three DVDs to give to a customer and needed an insert for the DVD cases covers.
Using DVD cases where you can insert paper in the front, side and back of case in one slot, I inserted a 5x7 photo card. It cost me .99 cents printed at Walgreens. The card is a montage, some say collage, of 7 photos that I put together using, now don't laugh, Picasa. The tool to do the Collage in Picasa is quite good.
