Unable to upload

I have not been able to upload pictures since yesterday. I have tried from a couple of computers. They upload and then it says failed.
Wondering if this is a problem.

SmugMug is fully functional at the moment, and we haven't had any recent problems or outages. If you're having trouble uploading, I'd recommend dropping us a line at our helpdesk, and we can help you with the problem. If you could send us a link to your site, let us know which browser and operating system you're using, and let us know which security software you're running on this computer, that will be helpful to help us troubleshoot.

If you've tried uploading from multiple computers on the same internet connection, and you get failure each time, one easy thing you might try first is to simply restart your computers, modem, and router. Often, restarting your network components can resolve many uploading issues. If that still doesn't help, drop us a line at the helpdesk, and we'll be happy to help.
