Had a great "photographer's wedding" this past Sat. No vidiot (videographer) -- and they rented a trolley to take the bridal party around the city to hop out, get some photos and hop back on.

Here's the trolley:

Grabbed this "nervous moment" shot:

The wedding and reception were at a yacht club:

I tried something different that helped significantly cut down my post processing time. As I'm the "photojournalist" on this wedding, and all my photos are delivered in black and white, I set the camera (Canon 20D) to black and white, even though I'm shooting raw.

Seeing the images as I shot -- in b&w -- kept me in that mindset all day. Instead of converting to color from a raw converter, then batching to b&w in photoshop, I converted straight to b&w using DPP 2.03

I prefer RSP for most things, but since DPP has the b&w and b&w filters, it was very easy to get decent black and white photos. And since I didn't even bother with the color, I didn't have the painstaking "getting my skin tones right" step.
