Help with photo frames/borders

I need some help… I got asked to make a photo border like in the photo, but I have no idea how to do it or what program to use… I have all of the Adobe programs, I only use Lightroom and Photoshop though. Any help would be much appreciated...

    If you have photoshop, I would just create the frame as it's own layer and save that frame for all of your future use. Just drag on top of the desired photo and voila.

    If you do not wish to take the time to design your own frame layer, you could probably purchase frames like that from a variety of sources on the internet.

    If you intend to use a company name like "Yamaha", be aware that you need to "license" the use of the name and/or logo. If you don't get written permission you will be in violation of US Copyright law and the fines are pretty stiff.
