one last view of Mt Rainier... i'm moving this weekend, and probably won't get to visit The Mountain as often anymore... :cry 5D2, Tamron 17-35 @ 23mm, 1/5 sec @ f/16, ISO 50...

That's certainly a pretty view to be moving away from Rocky!

Good luck wherever you wind up.

thanks, Randy. i'm not moving far, just 60 miles north for a new job, but it's enough added time and distance that trips to The Mountain will take a little more time and planning. and with starting a new job, getting settled in a new neighborhood, and all that goes with that, i probably won't make it back to Rainier till sometime next spring. but there are other spots closer to my new address that should give me ample fall photo opportunities!

That is indeed a beautiful view! Out of curiosity where are you moving to? I live north of Seattle. I have found plenty of beautiful places to go hiking and take pictures, as well as my day job of flight instructing affords me the opportunity to take a lot o amazing shots from the air.

Very nice Rocky!! I wish I lived close enough to visit this mountain like you are able to.

I wish you all the best in your move and the new job. I hope it all goes great for you!

You should print that one out and hang it in your new office, Rocky.

Good luck with the new job and the move. thumb.gif

I love everything about that photo! The sky, the stream that leads your eye. It has such depth, and such detail, and lovely colors. I'm with Joel: print it and hang it somewhere you will see it often! Best, Pam
