Do you haev any pics from the Ile St,St. Louis? That was my favorite part of Paris when I was there a few yrs ago. The tiny narrow streets and all those galleries was neat. Thnxs for sharing, it brings back great memories.

These are great pictures! I'm glad you got to visit France. I haven't been there yet but expect I will a couple of years from now.
I specially liked the first and last pictures. Great compositions.

Labs, I am chagrinned to report that I could only find one picture taken recently on the Ile St Louis, even though it is one of my favorite areas of the city too. I did take an early morning walk through the area in July but none of the photos was terribly interesting and I apparently deleted them because all I can find from that morning are shots taken of the Ile from the right bank and a few shots I took of Notre Dame. :uhoh Now I know where I will concentrate my shoots next spring. It is hard to capture the charm of the narrow streets and galleries so it will be a good challenge for me. Here is the one photo of the area that escaped the delete button - a snapshot really - that I took on a Saturday afternoon in July outside a very popular ice cream shop on the main street.
Thanks for looking.
