Running LR4.1 with SmugMug publishing plugin 1.0.4.12:

I'm new to LR, but did manage to publish 28 of 34 photos selected in one folder:
  • Why is it not publishing those last 6? (even shows as 6 "New Photos to Publish"! They just don't get uploaded!)
  • I selected to include all metadata (keywords as LR hierarchy), but on SmugMug no keywords show at all!

Any help appreciated!

-Colin

Hi Colin, Could you email the Help Desk and include a link to your site so we can take a look at the upload log to find out why those images didn't upload.

OK, update: had a disk problem, so ended up rebooting the entire system.
After that, I tried publishing again, and this time it worked!

Weird thing is, keyword data was there temporarily, but when I force republished one photo, it now seems to be gone again (I will double check all settings and post separately about that issue if it persists).

Bottom line - the reboot/retry fixed it: next time, I will try just restarting LR if I have problems again.

    Thanks Rich.
