Nicely lit and nice skin tone. Also it's nice and sharp in focus and a beautiful model. My only complaint is it looks like she's slouching a little? Maybe it's just me.

Lovely portrait really but I don't like the composition nor her pose, I don't find it flattering to her. Her position in the frame is odd (negative space behind her) and yes it does appear as if she is slouching a bit.

Nice shot and model, although I would opt for some space on the left.... It will enhance the overall picture.

For what it's worth, I really like the pose, but I don't think it fits the background. Black and white, with a lightly toned background and intense contrast would make this a powerful portrait in my opinion.

Agree with comments dealing with subject placement. It is generally unflattering shooting into the shoulder.

I agree. Crop some off her back. Let her bleed into the margin and she won't look like she's trying to get out of the frame in front of her. Lovely woman, and well photographed.
