Nice pose of a cute cheerleader. Technically, agree with the others - more ambient + a touch less flash = a more natural look and feel. Also, if you shoot from a slightly higher vantage point the gym floor becomes the background so you don't have the line of curtain cutting across her feet, plus you can use all those nice reflections on the wood to your advantage
