Custom domain name expired. Can't log in. help!

Good evening. I had a custom domain name www.whatscrackin.net for my nightclub photography service. It recently expired and I've been going through the wringer trying to get the name released from the previous owner. Needless to say, I wasn't able to resecure the name. Anyhow, I've been able to backdoor my smugmug page via google searches ... until tonight. Now no matter which method I take to get in, I get rerouted to godaddy. Even logging in to the main smugmug page takes me right back to go daddy.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Ah ha! Thank you so much. I knew there was an alternative method of getting in there but couldn't remember it. Appreciate the quick response.

I would hop in to your account settings and fix the custom domain settings there also

Hi, richW from the SmugMug Help Desk. With your custom domain being inactive, it will cause issues accessing your galleries as I'm sure you noticed.

I removed the custom domain name from your Account Settings.
Account Settings > Style > Custom Domain

This will restore your access to your nickname url: http://whatscrackin.smugmug.com/

Once you get control over the custom domain name again, just add it back in your Account Settings, using the link J Allen posted or email [ http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/emails/new ] the Help Desk and we'll be happy to help.
