Moving Bio info to show under navbar "About Me"

Hi,
This is my first attempt to revamp my site, I am nowhere close to understanding all the CCS, HTML etc stuff...would love my site to look like "Moon River Photography"...lol
I would like to remove the bio section from the into page and move it under "About me".
Can you help
