Can't get cards to display

Hi guys, I am not what I have done but I can't get Create card tab to show. I have set prices for card, I can see them active in price list but I don't see option when I try to order picture. :cry

What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind... Obviously way back I managed to hide it in CSS.
